DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT & DATA

You control your WRECKCHORD account and can erase it and all of its data yourself at any time. No email to us required.

HOW TO DELETE

1. Sign in at wreckchord.com/Login.
2. Go to your profile.
3. Scroll to DELETE ACCOUNT, confirm with your password, and submit.

That's it - the account and its data are removed from our servers right away.

WHAT GETS DELETED

• your account: callsign, email, and password;
• every run and score you've logged, and any saved timed-run tracks;
• your cloud save - unlocks, progress, and SALVAGE balance;
• your commendations and career stats;
• the records linking your devices to the account.

WHAT STAYS

Any save kept locally on your own device stays on that device - we can't reach it. To remove that too, clear the WRECKCHORD app's data/storage on the device (or uninstall it). We may keep a minimal anti-abuse record where an account was banned for cheating, so bans can't be sidestepped by deleting and re-registering.

CAN'T SIGN IN?

If you've lost access to your account, email support@wreckchord.com from the address on the account (or with your callsign) and we'll process the deletion for you.
